Botanical name: Bignonia capreolata
This is one of my favorites simply because it works so well and leaves you feeling so much better. It does not work as a quick pick-me-up energy shot loaded with sugar but rather a slower, more gradual effect. It then seems to maintain a more desirable energy level and then even has a residual effect once you stop taking it.
It is also an adaptogenic and can be used when for stress or when undergoing a lot of changes.
